If you are interested in applying for a fellowship scheme, postgraduate programme and/or scholarship, please contact us well in advance of the application deadlines.

Details on the MSc(R) and PhD opportunities at UoB’s School of Biological Sciences are available on the School website . There might be PhD opportunities through the Doctoral Training Programmes (DTPs) such as the SWBio DTP and NERC GW4+ DTP.

If you are interested in joining the lab, it might be helpful to share the documents below.

  1. A statement of research interest (specific to a position if there is one posted)
  2. A copy of your transcripts
  3. Your CV;
  4. Any example of Scholarly outputs (e.g. paper, thesis, awards, etc), if applicable.
